OpenAI buys Orchestra Bio to staff up its life-sciences push
OpenAI has acquired Orchestra Bio, a four-year-old startup whose agents handle operational work for biotech companies such as clinical-trial scheduling and finance tracking. The team and technology join Rosalind, OpenAI's life-sciences model, and the Rosalind Workbench tool that helps researchers plan experiments. Terms were not disclosed; the startup had reportedly raised about $20m, and OpenAI says Moderna and Novo Nordisk are already customers.
