Chery puts its own name on automotive silicon
At its global innovation conference Chery showed a Ziwei chip family: C-series central computing, S-series silicon carbide and M-series vehicle control. It says a dual-NPU configuration of the C100 reaches 2,400 TOPS with 600GB/s of memory bandwidth for on-device physical AI, and that its eight-inch silicon carbide wafers are in mass production with costs down more than 30%. Five chip-packaging families were also on display.
