Chips lead a narrow Wall Street rebound as yields stay near 5.15%
US stocks opened the week with a tech-led bounce: the Nasdaq rose 1.11% to 26,430.89 and the S&P 500 added 0.41% to 7,690.73, while the Dow slipped 0.07% to 51,966.03 as semiconductor shares ended a long losing run. The move came after the Nasdaq's worst week since June. With the 10-year Treasury yield near 5.15% and crude around $103 a barrel, rate-sensitive sectors lagged, and results from Tesla and Meta this week will test the bounce.
