Data-centre IPO Elice slides 32% in its Korean trading debut
Elice, a Seoul neocloud that builds modular AI data centres, fell as much as 32% in its Kosdaq debut after raising 201 billion won in the exchange's largest listing of 2026. Shares priced at 90,500 won, the top of the marketed range, for a market value above one trillion won. The reception follows shelved or delayed offerings from Firmus, AirTrunk and SB Energy, a sign of how fast investors have re-priced AI infrastructure risk.
