Oracle's Wisconsin AI campus slips as its power line waits on regulators

Oracle's 1.3 GW Project Lighthouse campus in Port Washington, Wisconsin, faces delays because the transmission line needed to power it is back under regulatory review. Wisconsin's Public Service Commission withdrew its completeness finding on American Transmission Co.'s application after hundreds of amended filings, restarting the clock. Research firm Aterio's base case puts partial power in December 2027 and full supply in October 2028, later than Oracle's target of serving customers in the second half of 2027.
