Anthropic commits $100 million to train 10,000 AI engineers
Anthropic launched Claude Frontier Academy, a $100-million programme to train 10,000 'Frontier Deployed Engineers' by the end of 2027, with Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk among its first cohorts. Engineers complete a multi-day in-person course and then a 12-week residency in which they lead a Claude project at their own organisation. Anthropic frames the academy as a response to the enterprise AI talent shortage.
