French AI lab Mistral closed a €3 billion Series D led by Samsung Electronics, with co-leads EQT's Scaleup Europe Fund and PSG Equity, lifting its valuation above €21 billion as Europe's largest-ever private tech round. The same day in Paris, Samsung chairman Jay Y.
