Meta Connect 2026 set for 23–24 September with Ray-Ban Display, Malibu 2 watch expected
Meta's annual Connect conference will run on 23 and 24 September at its Menlo Park headquarters, GrackerAI and SmartWearables noted, with the keynote widely expected to introduce the Ray-Ban Display glasses with a built-in HUD and the Malibu 2 smartwatch that doubles as a gestural controller. Reports describe a USD 799 starting price for the display glasses, an Oakley-branded Vanguard sports model at USD 499 and a refreshed Ray-Ban Gen 3 at USD 379, while Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth has separately acknowledged a privacy push-back over covert filming and outlined a capture-LED fix.
