Smart ring maker Oura files publicly for Nasdaq IPO under ticker OURA
Oura, the Finnish maker of the health-tracking smart ring, filed its U.S. initial public offering paperwork on 3 September, listing on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan among the underwriters. The filing follows a confidential submission in May and arrives as the post-Labor Day IPO window opens; earlier reporting pointed to a target raise of up to $3 billion at a valuation above $16 billion. The company must also manage a pending class action over sleep-tracking accuracy claims alongside the listing process.
