Google tests medical AI in simulated video consultations
Google researchers evaluated AMIE in 300 simulated video consultations covering 100 scenarios and involving professional patient actors and 30 primary-care physicians. The team stresses that no real patients took part and that further validation and safety work are required before clinical use.
