Itaú expands governed generative AI across banking operations
Brazilian bank Itaú says its ia.i conversational layer is being extended across accounts, credit, cards and insurance, while its IARA platform provides governance. The first phase targets about 300,000 customers, with the bank describing a longer-term ambition to reach its full customer base.
