Manchester City punish ten-man Liverpool with a 3-0 win at Anfield
Manchester City won 3-0 at Anfield after Liverpool were reduced to ten men, with Erling Haaland, Jeremy Doku and Rayan Cherki all scoring in the second half. Ryan Gravenberch was sent off for a second booking shortly before Haaland opened the scoring on 65 minutes; Doku doubled the lead three minutes later and Cherki finished a 41-pass move on 78 minutes. Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola called the first booking “nothing” and said the dismissal changed the game, with City staying unbeaten.
