Washington and Beijing agree an AI-incident communication channel
The United States and China agreed to create a bilateral channel for communicating about artificial-intelligence incidents after their Washington summit. The arrangement adds a narrow crisis-management mechanism while the two governments continue to disagree over how closely their AI sectors should cooperate.
