Anthropic pushes IPO marketing to mid-October, plans to list days before US midterms
Anthropic has delayed the launch of its initial public offering, with marketing now expected to begin in mid-October at the earliest and a listing completed days before the November US midterm elections, Reuters reported on 5 September, citing people familiar with the matter. The company is finalising an approximately USD 15 billion revolving credit facility ahead of an analyst roadshow, and is targeting a debut that some investors have speculated could approach a USD 2 trillion valuation. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi are working on the offering.
